Lola enjoys critiquing the nature of western representation, and how it affects her personal life.

It seems to her that the only way for a woman to be seen as strong in the media, is thru a male lens that keeps it rather abstract instead of concrete.

Lola tries to nudge that forward by creating works that hint at femininity and still rejects the literal form. It is a study of the woman except there are no credits, no academic papers, and no references that are solid and concrete.

Because of course femininity questions all of the aforementioned.
